Booking Engine Terms and Conditions

  1. 1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using this website and the services provided by ALBIE, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. If the user does not agree with any part of these terms, they must refrain from using the platform.

  2. 2. Description of Services

    ALBIE is a platform developed and operated by The Anything Group LLC, offering an online reservation system for hotels, tourist accommodations, and related service providers. The platform allows users to check availability, view rates, make reservations, and complete online payments in accordance with the terms established by each provider.

  3. 3. User Responsibilities

    By using ALBIE’s services, the user agrees to:

    • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information.
    • Not use the site for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.
    • Not resell any products or services obtained through the platform without the express written consent of The Anything Group LLC.
    • Not interfere with or attempt to breach the system’s security or that of other users.

  4. 4. Reservations and Payments

    • 4.1 Reservation Confirmation

      Reservations will be considered confirmed once the payment process has been successfully completed and a confirmation email has been sent. This confirmation will include the reservation number, booked services, and provider details.

    • 4.2 Cancellations and Modifications

      Any modifications or cancellations must be handled directly with the respective property or service provider. Each provider sets their own cancellation policies, which will be made available at the time of booking.

    • 4.3 Payment Processing

      Payments are processed through third-party platforms such as Shift4. The user expressly authorizes the processing of their payment information by such third parties. The Anything Group LLC does not store sensitive data such as card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV codes.

    • 4.4 Taxes and Additional Charges

      Prices may not include taxes, local fees, or other additional charges, which will be calculated and shown before final payment confirmation.

    • 4.5 Currency

      All charges will be made in the currency specified by the property, unless otherwise stated. Any currency conversions displayed are for informational purposes only.

  5. 5. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property rights related to the design, features, text, logos, images, software, and all other content on this site are the exclusive property of The Anything Group LLC, and are protected by national and international copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any of these materials without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

  6. 6. Limitations of Liability

    The Anything Group LLC shall not be held liable for:

    • Any damage or loss resulting from the use or inability to use the site.
    • Any errors, interruptions, or service suspensions.
    • The actions or omissions of providers with whom the reservation is made. Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

    In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek to resolve their differences through direct negotiation. If no resolution is reached, mediation or arbitration may be pursued, in accordance with applicable laws in the state of Nevada.

  8. 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of said state, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.

  9. 9. Changes to the Terms

    The Anything Group LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published in this section and will take effect from the moment of publication. Continued use of the site after such changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
